Ongoing Support

One of the things I love most about my work is building lasting relationships with clients and supporting their businesses over time. Once your website or logo project is complete, you'll have access to my ongoing support packages. Whether you need stickers, signs, t-shirts, ads, or any other design work, I’ll be here to help your brand continue to grow and shine!

If you'd like ongoing help once your project wraps, my Ongoing Support Program might be a great fit for you. By purchasing hours up front, you'll get priority access to my schedule and avoid project minimums—making it easier to get the support you need, when you need it. SQUARESPACE WEBSITE UPDATES:
Whether you’re updating your portfolio, adding new pages, posting a blog, refreshing your services pages, swapping out images, or making design tweaks, I’m here to help keep your Squarespace site fresh and up-to-date. If you need any updates or changes, just let me know!

SQUARESPACE TRAINING:
Want to learn how to manage your site on your own? I can meet with you virtually or in person to walk you through specific tasks on your website. If you prefer, I can also create video tutorials or provide written guides to make it easy for you to learn at your own pace.

PRINTED MATERIALS:
I can help with all kinds of printed materials to keep your brand consistent and professional, including labels, advertisements, brochures, handouts, flyers, rack cards, business cards, and more.

BRANDED MATERIALS:
Need branded items to help spread the word about your business? I design custom stickers, t-shirts, vehicle graphics, and other promotional materials to help your brand shine.

WHAT I DONT’ DO:
While I focus on design, I don’t handle email marketing, social media management, e-commerce, or broader marketing services. But I’m always happy to point you to experts in those areas!

FAQs

  • I’m afraid not. I like to work with clients on their logo or website first because it allows me to really dive deep into their brand and understand their vision. Without that foundation, I don’t have a process in place to offer ongoing support. But I’d love to work with you on a brand project first if you're interested!

  • You don’t have to purchase a bank of hours for ongoing support—paying by project is absolutely an option! Just keep in mind that if you choose to pay per project, you won’t receive the discount that comes with buying hours upfront.

  • While I love working with local clients in Richmond, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with small businesses across the country. I’m always open to discussing your project and seeing if we’re a good fit, no matter where you're located!
