I’m all about creating simple, beautiful websites that not only catch the eye, but also help attract your ideal clients. While I want your site to stand out, my main goal is to make sure it’s easy to navigate and set up for success with your target audience in mind.

I specialize in Squarespace because it’s a platform that blends design with simplicity. It’s user-friendly, visually stunning, and performance-driven. Plus, it’s an all-in-one platform, so you never have to worry about updating software, plugins, or widgets. The back end is super easy to use, and I’ll make sure you feel confident managing your site on your own. But if you ever need help down the road, I’m always here for ongoing support.

Pricing does not include Squarespace hosting fees. To see those pricing plans, click here. All projects require 50% up front to hold your spot in my schedule. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the project.

The Process

  1. Kickoff Meeting

    In our first meeting (virtual or in-person), we’ll dive into what you envision for your website—what goals you have in mind and who you want to reach. We’ll also start to map out the basic structure of your site. Your part? Gathering all the content—copy, images, and anything else you want to include—so I can easily copy, paste, and style it to match your vision.

  2. Wireframe & Homepage Blueprint

    After our discussion, I’ll create a wireframe that outlines how your site will function, along with a basic blueprint for your homepage. You’ll get a sneak peek and have the chance to provide feedback. Once you’re happy with the direction, I’ll start designing your homepage in Squarespace.

  3. Homepage Reveal

    Once your homepage design is ready, I’ll share it with you so you can take a look and suggest any tweaks to the content or the style. We’ll work together to fine-tune everything. Once we’re all set with the homepage, I’ll move on to the rest of the site, keeping the same style and feel throughout. You’ll be able to review and share feedback along the way.

  4. Website Launch Day

    When everything’s in place and you're happy, we’ll get your site live! I’ll help you connect your domain and set up hosting. Plus, I’ll record some helpful video tutorials so you can confidently manage and update your site going forward.

  • I’m a Squarespace specialist, and that’s the platform I work with. If I feel that another platform would be a better fit for your business, I’ll be sure to guide you in the right direction!

  • I usually work on brand-new websites or full redesigns. If I’ve already designed your site and you need updates, we can take care of that through my Ongoing Support packages. I’ll be happy to help you keep things fresh and up to date!

  • Photos and videos are such an important part of your website’s success! I always recommend investing in professional photos to really stand out, but if that’s not in the budget, we can definitely explore stock photography or use images you already have.

  • While I’m not a professional copywriter, I can guide you on the kind of content we’ll need for your website. If you’d like, I can also recommend some talented copywriters, or you can provide the text you’d like to use!

  • SEO isn’t my main specialty, but I do make sure your website is "Google-friendly" by adding title tags, descriptions, and alt tags for images. For full-on SEO strategy and rankings, I’d recommend working with an SEO expert who can tailor a plan just for you.

  • I absolutely value accessibility and always aim to make websites as inclusive as possible. However, I can’t guarantee 100% compliance due to varying laws in different countries and regions. For full accessibility support, I’d suggest consulting an expert who can guide you through the legal aspects.

  • While I love working with local clients in Richmond, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with small businesses across the country. I’m always open to discussing your project and seeing if we’re a good fit, no matter where you're located!

Once your website or logo project is complete, you'll have access to my ongoing support packages.
