Brand Design

With my simple yet intentional design process, you won’t just receive a logo—you’ll receive an entire visual identity package. This includes multiple logo variations, a detailed brand style guide, a custom color palette, typography selections, business card design, and optimized profile images for your social media and email presence.

$3,000 (50% is required up front and the remaining balance is due at the completion of the project)

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Here's what you'll receive with this complete logo design and branding service:

  • Two initial logo concepts with two rounds of revisions included.

  • If you're not satisfied with the initial concepts, I'll create a third logo based on your feedback, with one round of revisions at no extra charge.

  • Business card design for up to 3 people (printing not included).

  • Social media and email profile images optimized for your brand.

  • Brand Style Guide: Including logo variations, brand colors, fonts, and any additional design elements that define your brand.

  • Additional deliverables: Secondary logos, original artwork (vector files), as well as JPGs, PNGs, and any other formats you may need for both digital and print use.

Any revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at an hourly rate.

The Process

  1. Kickoff Meeting

    In this initial meeting (virtual or in-person), we’ll dive into the heart of your business—your goals, target audience, and brand values. We’ll also discuss inspiration and ideas for visuals that will best represent your brand.

  2. Design Logo Concepts (2-3 weeks)

    Based on our discussion, I’ll create two distinct logo concepts and showcase them in various applications to help you visualize the direction for your brand.

  3. Revision Rounds

    If you love one of the concepts, we’ll refine it through two rounds of revisions to perfect the color, font, and design details. If neither concept feels quite right, I’ll take your feedback and create a new concept, with one additional revision round included. Any revisions beyond these rounds will be charged at an hourly rate.

  4. Finalize Logo Files

    Once we’ve settled on the final logo, I’ll provide you with all the necessary file formats (.ai, .eps, .jpg, .png, etc.). I’ll also finalize your brand style guide and business card design, delivering everything you need to keep your brand looking consistent across all platforms.

FAQs

  • Naming isn't a service I specialize in, so I recommend that clients come to me with a business name already chosen. That said, I encourage you to check for legal availability, domain name options, and social handle availability as you narrow down your choices.

  • I’m open to any level of collaboration! Some clients come with a clear vision and lots of inspiration, while others prefer I take the lead. While it’s helpful to have a few visual references or ideas to guide the process, it’s not required. We can absolutely start from scratch if that’s what works best for you.

  • While I love working with local clients in Richmond, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with small businesses across the country. I’m always open to discussing your project and seeing if we’re a good fit, no matter where you're located!

Once your website or logo project is complete, you'll have access to my ongoing support packages.
